How Much Will My Plans Cost?
The cost of your plans can vary depending on several factors, including:

Level of Detail Needed
Location
Number of Stories
Uniqueness of the Design
How Long Until My Plans Are Finished?
Preliminary plans are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks after the deposit is paid.

What Can I Expect During the Process?
After receiving your preliminary plans, you’ll have the opportunity to review them and request any changes. Once all revisions are complete and you’re satisfied, your plans will be signed, sealed, and handed over to you.

How Do I Pay for My Plans?
We accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Check
Credit or debit card (online)
What Is the Payment Process?

Deposit: A deposit, usually 50% of the total project cost, is required upfront to secure your spot on our Job List.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

What If I Need to Make Changes to My Plans?
The quickest way to request revisions is by emailing the draftsman assigned to your project. Not sure who to contact? Reach out to our Office Manager via email or phone, and they’ll guide you to the right person.
