The cost of plans will vary! Here are some things to consider that will factor into the cost.

You can expect to get preliminary plans in 6-8 weeks.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Once you get your preliminary plans (6-8 weeks after deposit is paid) you will be able to communicate with the draftsman about any changes needed. After all changes are complete and you are happy with your plans they will be signed and sealed then given to you.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PLANS?
We accept cash, check, or with a card online.
PAYMENT PROCESS:
A deposit (usually half of total project cost) is due up front for your project to be added to our Job List. The rest of your payment will be due upon project completion.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY PLANS?
The best (and quickest) way to get revisions would be to email the draftsman working on your plans. If you are unsure of who that is feel free to email our Office Manager or give us a call. We will be happy to direct you in the right way.
